The Black Stars are in São Tomé to play São Tomé and Príncipe in a second Group C qualifier for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.
The side beat South Africa 2-0 at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium in their first match in the campaign.
Thomas Teye Partey and Mohammed Kudus were the scorers.
Despite the win, Ghana is second in the group as Sudan walloped São Tomé and Príncipe 4-0 in the other Group C qualifier. The North Africans were beaten 1-0 by the Bafana Bafana on Sunday.
Congolese Messie Jessie Oved Nkounkou Mvoutou will referee Ghana’s game on Monday.
He will be assisted by his compatriots Styven Daniel Moutsassi Moyo and Beaudrel Ntsele Roul.
Lazard Tsiba Kamba will be the 4th official.
Jose Fernando Macao from Angola will serve as the Match Commissioner while Evarist Menkounde from Cameroon will be the Referee Assessor.
The match will be played at the Estadio Nacional 12 de Julho. Kick-off is at 4:00pm.
