The Chair of the Electoral Commission, Ghana (EC) has written to the General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), announcing a decision not to supervise the upcoming primaries on Saturday, May 13.
According Jean Mensa, the Commission has been served with an interlocutory injunction application.
