The National Disaster Management Organization will today send officials to Ghana’s parliament house to access the extent of damage caused to the building in Tuesday night’s rainstorm.
Public Relations officer of parliament, Kate Addo told Joy FM Wednesday morning the house will suspend sitting until the assessment is done.
According to her, alternative arrangements would be made and communicated by the Speaker to the rest of the house.
