GUTA Blows Hot and Cold

It appears the strike action declared by the Ghana Union of Traders Association (GUTA) was not properly observed across the country. Whereas the Kumasi branch of the association respected the strike action by closing all shops, their counterparts in Accra were divided, as some of the shop owners still opened their shops.
