Ghana star Andre Ayew 'ready' to make second start of the season for West Ham

West Ham United record-signing Andre Ayew insists he will 'be ready' to regain a starting role at the club after returning to full fitness. The 26-year-old has made two substitutes appearance since he recovered from a serious thigh injury suffered in August.
