Hackers shut down Africa Cup of Nations website over Gabon dictatorship

A group of hackers claim to have shut down the website of the Africa Cup of Nations football tournament in protest at organisers holding it in the "dictatorship" of Gabon. The New World Hackers group, said to be based in Russia, said they have "taken down" the official website of top African soccer body the Confederation of African Football (CAF). Officials could not immediately confirm if their website had been hacked.
