Ghana midfielder Enoch Adu Kofi is set to sign for Swedish giants AIK Stockholm, just days after parting ways with Turkish outfit Akhisar Belediyespor, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively report.
The 27-year-old is returning to Swedish football, just a year after leaving giants Malmo FF.
The Ghana international has arrived in the European country to firm up a deal with AIK, GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal.
Adu Kofi is not new to the Allsvenskan having featured for powerhouse Malmo between 2004-2007.
The midfielder parted ways with Turkish side Akhisar Belediyespo due to lack of playing opportunities.
The African won two league titles with Chelsea in 2014 and 2016 and also played in the Group stage of the UEFA Champions League.
