Ghana ace Andre Ayew has entreated his West Ham United teammates to shift their focus to Saturday's Premier League game against Crystal Palace after their stunning victory over Tottenham Hotspur in the Carabao Cup.
The Hammers produced a remarkable second half comeback to defeat in-form Tottenham Hotspurs 3-2 in the Carabao Cup at the Wembley Stadium on Wednesday night to seal a ace in the quarter finals.
And Ayew, who inspired the team's superb comeback with a brace in the second half, has implored his teammates to quickly move on from the victory and focus on the "must win" clash against fellow strugglers Crystal Palace on Saturday.
"I want to congratulate the whole team, it's a massive win," Ayew said.
"We have a massive game on Saturday. We have to enjoy this, but prepare for Saturday."
"We knew if we scored early in the second half we'd have a chance. We need to relax and work hard because Saturday is a big one."
West Ham are lying 16th position with 8 points after nine games.
