Representative of Ernest Sowah, Nana Oduro Sarfo has confirmed that his client has officially joined Hearts of Oak.
Sowah, 30, became a free agent after mutually terminating his contract with Asante Kotoko fortnight ago after he was deemed surplus to requirement by the Porcupine Warriors.
Reports went rife on Wednesday morning that the one-capped Ghana international has completed a two-and-a-half-year-deal with the Phobians after successful negotiation.
Despite the Rainbow Club's reluctance to disclose terms of the deal, representative of the goalkeeper, Oduro Sarfo indicated that it's in the region of GH¢40,000 during an interview with Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM.
"Ernest Sowah has signed for Hearts of Oak for 2 and half years in the region of ¢40,000."
"I have sent a message to Fred Achie of Ashgold and Nana Agyemang Badu to apologise to them for not giving them Ernst Sowah because our discussions had gone far but that of Hearts was preferred."
