Talented Ghanaian teenage star Mukarama Abdulai has been earned herself a nomination for 2018 CAF Women's Best Player award after a sensational 2018.
Mukarama is among 15 nominees for the award and will be hoping to claim the individual accolade after excelling at the world stage with the Black Maidens.
The 16-year-old captained Ghana to quarter-finals of the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup, scoring a record seven goals.
Her seven goals made her outright top scorer for Ghana in the history of the Women's U-17 World Cup.
Her goals could land her the Golden boot at the competition if her closest rival Claudia Pina, who has five goals, fail to score in the final on Sunday.
