Ghanaian youngster Samuel Obeng has signed a pre-contract agreement to join Spanish Segunda Division side Real Oviedo from Calahorra, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively confirm.
The budding forward completed the deal to the Asturias-based some days ago and GHANASoccernet.com understands the move will be made official in June.
The 21-year-old has been free to negotiate a pre-contract agreement this month with clubs with six months left on his contract after failing to extend his contract.
Reports from the Segunda Division camp indicate that Real Oviedo president Tomás Lorente wants the youngster to spend next season on loan at Calahorra.
The Nsapor-born striker joined Calahorra from Girona FC C side in 2018 and has scored 4 goals in 21 games in all competitions.
He spent ten years with Girona FC youth set-up, spending loan stints at Getafe U19 and EC Granollers.
