Gideon Jung marks return to Hamburg SV starting XI in draw against Sandhausen

German born Ghanaian midfielder Gideon Jung marked his return to the starting line up of Hamburg in their 1-1 draw against SV Sandhausen. 

The midfielder has struggled with injuries this season limiting his appearances in the Bundesliga II.

However, manager Dieter Hecking decided to start the 25-year old in the game against Sandhausen on Sunday.

Sandhausen opened the scoring in the 39th minute through forward Alexander Zhirov before Lukas Hinteseer leveled with 15 minutes remaining on the clock.

Jung was replaced in the 59th minute by Andrien Fein.
