Wa All Stars have confirmed the appointment of Goran Barjaktarevic as head coach of the club ahead of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League.

The Accra-based side are seeking to establish their title credentials by boosting their backroom staff with a highly experienced coach before the start of the season.
With just seven days to the commencement of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League, the one-time Ghana Premier League champions have appointed Goran Barjaktarevic as head coach.
He is expected to be in the dugout when Wa All Stars open their league campaign against Liberty Professionals at the Karl Reindorf Park on Saturday, December 28, 2019.
Wa All Stars took the opportunity to clarify the state of John Paintsil — who was reported to have been sacked from the club — following reports that he was forcefully driven out of the club’s training ground earlier this month.

He is however revealed to be named as a chief scout after rendering an unqualified apology due to his rant in the media space.
