Italian Serie D side Ostia Mare have officially confirmed the arrival of Ghanaian midfielder Godfred Donsah, who joins the club at the Anco Marzio after spending the first part of the season with Chieti.
Donsah adds personality, experience and dynamism to David D’Antoni’s squad, giving the coach fresh options in the middle of the pitch. Known for his energy and ability to cover ground, he is expected to slot quickly into the group and raise the overall competitiveness of the team.â
Donsah arrives in Ostia after a career that has already taken him to some of the top stages in Italian football. He has collected 89 appearances in Serie A with Hellas Verona, Cagliari and Bologna, gaining valuable experience against high-level opposition. He has also played in Serie B, in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League and in the Turkish Süper Lig, adding an international dimension to his profile.â
The club underline how his signing further enriches the tactical options available and strengthens the spine of the side for the 2025-26 campaign.
Donsah is already available to the coaching staff and is set to start training immediately with his new teammates, aiming to be ready for selection as soon as possible.
