Asante Kotoko head coach Karim Zito has apologised to the fans of the club following their defeat to Hohoe United.
After losing to Young Apostles, which ended their unbeaten start, the Porcupine Warriors hoped to return to winning ways in Matchday 13.
However, a first strike from William Oduro secured the vital win for the newly promoted side to deepen the woes of the Reds.
The defeat means Kotoko are winless in their four Premier League games.
Speaking after the game, the experienced gaffer criticised his side's first-half performance and apologised to the fans following the defeat.
“We didn’t play well in the first half, and I’m not happy about that," Zito told the media after the game.
"That is why I want to apologise to the fans. We are sorry, and we promise to make the necessary amendments," he added.
Kotoko remain fifth on the league table with 21 points.
Karim Zito and his charges will hope to return to winning ways when they host Dreams FC at the Baba Yara Stadium in their Matchday 14 encounter
