Fabin, who managed both Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak has revealed the immense pressure that emanates from the fans of both clubs during his stint.
According to the former Black Starlets trainer, pleasing the fans of the two big clubs in the country is difficult and that contributed to his departure as Hearts of Oak head coach during his stint with the Phobians.
"Coaching Hearts of Oak is tough like Kotoko because fans are always demanding," Paa Kwesi Fabin told Ash FM Sports.
"I did my best at Hearts of Oak but it wasn't enough because at some point we were winning at away and losing at home, I even won a top 4 for Hearts of Oak."
"I was disturbed because of the way we were losing at home and winning away, so I decided to quit on a mutual concept and the management also understood me," he added.
