In an angry response over claims she may have used her backside in smoothening her way to a ministerial appointment under the previous administration, she rebuffed the misogynistic comments stating that her big backside is a natural complement of intellect.
According to her, she was born with the big backside and never begged God for it and wondered why people in the pursuit of a clandestine political agenda in concert with some media house have chosen that path to run her down.
In a televised broadcast on Metro TV’s Good Evening Ghana monitored by MyNewsGh.com, she said, “Yes I have big behind I love it… it is natural. I didn’t go to buy it. If people want to buy it that is their choice. Was Mahama appointing big buttocks? We must get serious”.
The former Deputy Minister was fired by President John Dramani Mahama after she was captured in a leaked tape indicating that she wanted to make one million dollars before quitting politics.
This came after she became a subject of trolls in August 2013 when she messed up in the delivery of her speech on cybercrime.
The gender activist who felt pained by the attacks she received on social media, in particular at the time, maintained she did her best and needs to be lauded but was disappointed many did the reverse questioning the thinking capacity of most Ghanaians.
According to her, she should rather be praised to have deciphered between a speech she read and edited and what she was given at the events ground.
