Rapper Edem has debunked insinuations about him not getting nomination in the 2018 VGMA’s, clarifying that he didn’t submit any of his songs for nominations.
In an interview with Kenneth Addo on Showbiz927 on 3FM 92.7, Edem said he didn’t make up his mind to submit any entry for this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
According to him, submission of songs for nomination depends on the artiste.
He therefore advised Ghanaians to stop criticising artistes when they do not appear in categories that they otherwise expected to see them in.
The rapper also talked about how some of his colleagues in the industry have taken shots at him in the past but gone ahead to collaborate with him in subsequent years.
