Reflecting on his career, Dr. Dampare highlighted his 35 years of dedicated service to the Ghana Police Service, rising through the ranks from General Constable to IGP, and making history as the youngest Commissioner of Police and youngest IGP in the 4th Republic.
He also extended gratitude to religious and traditional leaders, heads of sister security agencies, civil society organizations, and the international community for their invaluable support and guidance throughout his leadership.
