The limited the voters registration exercise is ongoing in the Twifo-Atti Morkwa District (TAMD) of Central region. The exercise which started on 4th August, 2014 will end on 13th August, 2014.

Nsumia Waste Disposal facility is a newly inaugurated refuse disposal site set to reduce the pressure on the Kpone landfill site. It is located within the Nsawam Municipality off the Nsawam- Accra Highway; the facility will serve as an alternative solid waste landfill site for residents particularly in western Accra.
