
Administrator of District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF), Michael Harry Yamson, has emphasized his commitment to addressing developmental disparities across Ghana’s districts.
He pledged to collaborate closely with the Ministry of Local Government to achieve these objectives.
Speaking during his swearing-in as the Administrator of DACF on Tuesday, March 25, Mr Yamson said, “I thought long about the charge. In simple terms, it is to reduce the inequalities in development and to help those communities, whether they are found in municipalities or metropolitan areas or our districts that suffer deprivation of many kinds, in health, access to water, education, and tarred roads.
“My task and that of my team over the next four years, we will do justice to these areas and these people.”
