A Techiman Circuit Court presided over by Mr Michael Ntumy, on Tuesday granted a 10,000-Ghana-Cedi-bail with two sureties to the driver whose negligence caused the fatal accident which claimed the lives of the two Deputy Women Organisers of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) on the Techiman-Kintampo Highway.
