Role Model Africa to holds Mentoring Programme for women

The corporate dialogue dubbed ‘SHE MAGNATE’ would engage African personalities whose contributions on the continent and beyond were worthy of emulation thus serving as a motivation to the youth.

In a statement, Role Model Africa said this season’s edition would host Dr Zilla Limann; the Manager of the music group VVIP, Edem Adzaho a Global Training Consultant and Amina Sammo, a Financial Consultant.

The Corporate Dialogue would commence with an open conversation where the Role Models would share insights in a story telling format with detailed experiences, challenges, successes and failures.

This would be followed by a question-answer session and other matters of relevance to the needs of the mentees, the statement said.

Mr Sammy Agyemang-Prempeh, one of the mentoring activists from Role Model, said ‘She Magnate’ would be the best mark of the Corporate Dialogue since its inception.

The main speaker Dr Zilla Limann is the sixth child of Ghana’s former President, Dr Hilla Limann and the wife of legendary Hip life originator Reggie Rockstone.

Dr Zilla, a medical doctor by profession, is also an entrepreneur who co- owns and manages the Rockstone’s Office together with her husband. She serves as her husband’s manager as well the manager for the award-winning group VVIP.

Dr Zilla is a graduate from the University of Ghana Medical School and a product of the Achimota School. Her passion to see systems work effectively and to implement strategies is evident in how she innovatively manages an entertainment centre, a music group and the career of her husband.

Edem Adzaho, a supporting speaker at ‘SHE MAGNATE’ is a multiple award-winning international training consultant, a global graduate Coach and author of two books. Edem has worked with over 60 nationalities, visited 42 countries, lived in 3 and worked in 24.

She founded the Global Graduate Academy and still manages the award winning Human Capacity Development Company, SPEC Consult Limited, where she has coached over 10, 000 young Africans on world-class employable skills, entrepreneurship, leadership and accessing scholarship opportunities.

Her past trainees run their own business or work for Aljazeera, Euro news and Diageo. She is also a travel blogger, and YouTuber.

Amina Sammo, is a former Executive Director and Business Development Manager of Wi Tech Group; a group of companies that ventures into Energy, Properties, IT Supplies, Travel and Tour, Insurance Brokerage and Printing.

Amina has rich experiences working in various capacities at CAL Bank over a period of  nine years as a Relationship Manager, Asset and Liability Manager and eventually exiting the bank in 2015 as a Branch Manager. The Fellow of the Association of Certified Charted Accountants (ACCA), worked for about 2 years as the head of Project Finance and Administration on the EQUALL/SFL/USAID project deploying educational solutions in three Regions of the North in Ghana.

These women would address other passionate women at the Corporate Dialogue of Role Model Africa.
