Manchester United midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger will play alongside Ghana striker David Accam after completing his move to Chicago Fire.
“Throughout my career, I’ve always sought opportunities where I hoped to make a positive impact and to help make something great. My move to Chicago Fire is no different.” The 32-year-old midfielder was quoted in the Chicago Tribune as saying
The former Bayern Munich star moved to Old Trafford in 2015 but struggled to make an impact.
He made only four appearances for the Red Devils this season but has found a new home in America.
