Ghanaian defender Joseph Baffo plundered his first goal of the season for Eintracht Braunschweig in their 2-1 defeat against Regensburg in the German Bundesliga 2.
Braunschweig were dealt a blow in the 26th minute when Salim Khelifi was given an early shower for a reckless challenge.
But the red card did not deter the Lions from going ahead as Baffo headed in his first goal of the campaign just three minutes before half time.
Regensburg leveled the scores three minutes after the recess through Marco Guttner before Jonas Nietfeld sealed the win for the hosts in the 77th minute.
Baffo saw full period of the game while Steffen Nkansah warmed the bench again for the Lions.
