Mohammed Salisu was absent from Real Valladolid's training session on Thursday afternoon as the club prepare for Sunday’s La Liga game against Getafe at the Estadio Jose Zorrilla.
The 20-year old trained in the morning with the squad but was rested in the afternoon.
The Ghana International has been a key player for Valladolid this season making 16 appearances and scored one goal in the ongoing season.
Salisu has been linked to some top clubs in Europe ahead of the January transfer window.
Other players such as Javi Sánchez and Stiven Plaza who are returning from injury trained separately from the rest of the group.
