Kim Grant has has thanked Hearts of Oak for the opportunity to serve them following his sacking as head coach.
The 48-year-old tactician was relieved off his duties as coach and technical director of the club on Tuesday.
Grant was given a four-game ultimatum to save his job after their defeat against Asante Kotoko in the President Cup last Sunday.
However, the former West Brom forward, failed to rescue their poor form as they lost 1-0 to Berekum Chelsea at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The beleaguered trainer took to social media to thank the Phobians for the opportunity and wished them a successful new year.
