A carpenter or painter cannot be a groundskeeper.He lamented that unqualified personnel often occupy critical positions, negatively impacting Ghana's sports infrastructure and overall performance.Sometimes we have the wrong people in the right positions. This has to change. We have to have experts in various positions.Baffoe's comments come as the National Sports Authority, led by new boss Yaw Ampofo Ankrah, oversees the management of state-owned stadia.
