Crystal Palace forward Eddie Nketiah continues to give Ghana coach Otto Addo a reason to include him to his squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup after a starring display in the Premier League win at Fulham.
The English-Ghanaian striker scored on his first start for the Eagles as they travelled to the Craven Cottage to secure a 2-1 win.
The former Arsenal forward opened the scoring with a ferocious strike inside the box but Harry Wilson levelled for Fulham before a late winner from Crystal Palace captain Marc Guehi.
Nketiah was recently reported to be interested in playing for the Black Stars of Ghana and his dream of representing the country of his parents remains alive.
Although, Addo is yet to make a decision on the striker and his colleagues in the diaspora interested in playing for Ghana.
The former Dortmund player is considering his options following the 2026 World Cup draw, which pits Ghana in one of the toughest groups.
Addo is expected to name the best players for the World Cup and Nketiah could be on his list for the tournament in North America.
