Ghana Football Association President Kurt Okraku has praised the Executive Committee for their strong backing of ideas and vision that have reshaped the association’s headquarters into a modern football hub.
The GFA boss highlighted the importance of creating a calm and welcoming space that allows staff to work comfortably and give their best to the game. He noted that the transformation reflects a shared belief that football development starts with the right working environment.
"I want to say thank you to the ExCo for being so supportive of the ideas, the vision. The result is what we see today. Indeed, if you want the very best for the Ghanaian game, you need to make sure that you provide a serene working environment for your staff, and making sure that when they are when they leave their homes, they find a home in their offices and they are comfortable to deliver," he told GFA Communications in an exclusive interview.
"And that has been the vision of the ExCo at the headquarters here in our office at the airport area in the 10 regions of football regions of our country at the at the center of excellence in Prampram.
"The vision has always remained the same. Provide an enabling atmosphere environment for your staff to be able to deliver football. And I think that so far we've done quite well,”
