Dreams FC head coach Winfred Dormon has admitted his side are bracing for a tough battle as they prepare to face Heart of Lions in the MTN FA Cup quarter-finals this weekend.
Speaking to Dreams FC TV ahead of Sunday's clash at the Cape Coast Stadium, Dormon made it clear that his team hold no illusions about the task ahead.
"We expect a very difficult challenge," he said bluntly.
The two Ghana Premier League sides will meet with a place in the semi-finals at stake, and Dormon acknowledged that Heart of Lions will pose serious questions.
"In the league, we went there and lost 1-0. That was painful. But in the second meeting, we won 3-0. So we know what they're capable of, and they know what we can do."
Despite the respect for their opponents, Dormon struck a confident tone about his own squad's capabilities.
"We have to be optimistic but also cautious. We believe in the players we have. We believe we can go to Cape Coast, play our game, and win."
Sunday's quarter-final kicks off at 3pm, with both sides chasing silverware and a step closer to glory.
