Black Starlets to face Tanzania in April 3 friendly

The Black Starlets will play against Tanzania in a friendly match in Dar Es Salaam on April 3.

The match forms part of the team’s preparations for the 2017 African U-17 Championships in Gabon.

The Starlets are expected to fly out this Friday and return on April 4, 2017. Ghana is in Group A of the tournament with Gabon, Cameroon and Guinea while Group B has Mali, Tanzania, Angola, and Niger.

The tournament runs from May 14 to 28 and the four semi-finalists will represent Africa in the World U-17 tournament in India later this year. Read Full Story
