NSS releases postings for newly trained teachers

The Management of the National Service Scheme (NSS) has released postings of fifteen thousand six hundred and nine (15,609) newly-trained teachers for the 2019/2020 service year to various schools across the country to undertake their mandatory one-year national service.

All newly trained teachers who registered for national service are requested to log onto www.nss.gov.gh on the Scheme’s website to check their placements and proceed to the various NSS registration centers to complete their registration processes.

In a press release signed by the Executive Director of NSS, Mustapha Ussif, it indicated that Prospective Service Personnel and the general public are to note that registration and validation start on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.

It continued that the 2019/2020 service year for the newly trained teachers starts on Wednesday, January 8, 2020.

Management however urges all posted teachers to accept their placements and consider them as part of their contribution towards building a prosperous Ghana. Read Full Story
