NEW ANGLICAN BISHOP OF ACCRA ENTHRONED

The Rt. Rev. Dr. Daniel Sylvanus Mensah Torto was on Sunday enthroned as the 9th Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Accra. He succeeds the Very Rev.
