Mr. Loyalty, producer of Patapaa’s ‘One Corner’ song, has alleged that Patapaa paid ?20 for his ‘One Corner’ hit song.
In an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, he alleged that Patapaa dropped his call after paying ?20 for recording a mixtape.
According to him, “I called Patapaa last month to remind him of the situation in Agona-Swedru and how people charge for mixtapes and I was trying to let Patapaa know that he must not forget me financially when all things go well for him.”
“But Patapaa told me that, ‘Mr. Loyalty, please don’t talk about my financial issues here because I have not received even 10pesewas,” he added.
“I told him the money he gave me was ?20, that money can only buy a mouse in my studio. So, while I was trying to draw Patapaa’s attention to reality, Patapaa cut the call,” Mr. Loyalty alleged.
The producer also accused Patapaa of not appreciating his work and appealed to the musician to help him give his studio a facelift.
“It is different people who are appreciating me, not Patapaa himself. I want Patapaa to reason with me all the time as to how he will even help me to make my recording studio a very wonderful one,” he concluded.
