Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has assured of radical policies in the coming days to deal with the rampant gas explosions in the country.

Bawumia, who expressed his displeasure at the number of gas explosions record in the last three years, said Ghanaians want solid policies to deal the gas explosions once and for all.
“This is one too many. This is about the eighth explosion in three years," he said after touring the scene of the gas explosion Sunday morning, adding: "this is not about setting up committees."
“Some new policies are going to come and those who will want to resist it will not be listened to,” he added.

According to him, government has “pretty much an idea what to do” in other to check gas explosions.
He rounded up his speech by giving thumps up to the Ghana National Fire Service, the Police, the Military and the Ghana National Ambulance for their role in the accident.
