- 4 large eggs
- 600ml full cream milk
- 50g granulated Sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Vegetable oil
- 100ml honey

Turn the pan around to evenly spread the batter into a large circle. Or use the underside of the ladle to spread the batter in a circular motion until its thick enough.
- After about 35-45 seconds the pancake should be cooked beneath. Grip the handle off the pan firmly and use a palette knife to gentle turn the pancake. Cook the other side for about 30-40 seconds also. Remove unto a plate.
