1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

2 teaspoons, minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups cut-up fresh vegetables

Method
In large nonstick wok or fry pan stir-fry onion, ginger and garlic in olive oil for 30 seconds.
Stir in beef strips and cook for 3- 5 minutes.
Add chopped vegetables and stir.
Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
In a small bowl stir together soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and red pepper.
Stir in rice, steak and soy sauce mixture.
Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
