High court presided over by Justice Kwaku Ackaah Boafo has set November 2, 2017 to rule on an application challenging the legitimacy of lawyer Thaddeus Sory to represent the Electoral Commission (EC) and its chairperson Mrs. Charlotte Osei as a person in court.
Lawyer for Mr. Maxwell Opoku Achempong filed an application seeking an interlocutory injunction to stop Lawyer Thaddeus Sory from representing both the EC and Chairperson of after the EC Chairperson sued Mr. Opoku Acheampong for defamation.
