The rock-solid defender, who is in the final year of his contract at Kotoko, has attracted significant interest following an impressive performance since his arrival.
The Congolese international joined the Porcupine Warriors in 2024 from Rahimo FC and has since established himself as a key member of the team.
With his contract running out, the UAE First Division, who are keen on bolstering their squad has submitted an offer in the region of $100,000 to secure the services of the highly-rated defender.
In an attempt to secure the signature of Samba, Dubai City have proposed a $10,000 monthly salary for the Congolese marksman.
Meanwhile, the Porcupine Warriors has yet to make a decision about the future of the in-demand centre-back.
Out of 14 matches in the Ghana Premier League this season, the 25-year-old centre-back has made 13 appearances for Kotoko, scoring one goal across the period. In the CAF Confederation Cup, Samba made four appearances, scoring a goal as the Ghanaian giants bowed out in the second preliminary round.
