Bechem United assistant coach Mallam Yahaya has assured supporters that the team is determined to secure a third consecutive win in the Ghana Premier League this weekend when they take on Basake Holy Stars.
The Hunters look to have gotten their season back on track in the last five matches after winning four games and losing one.
With back-to-back wins against Berekum Chelsea and Gold Stars, Bechem United have climbed out of the relegation zone and now sit in the 11th position in the league table.
Speaking to Bechem United TV ahead of the Week 19 fixture against Holy Stars, Mallam Yahaya admitted that getting all three points from the contest will be tough.
He has, however, assured supporters that the team will work hard to ensure they secure a positive result on the matchday.
“Holy Stars are a good team. They are a team difficult to beat at home, but we are also determined to get a good result,” Mallam Yahaya said.
He continued, “It’s all about hard work, and that is what we are doing. In football, if you relax, you can get the result, so we are focusing on working hard to ensure that at the end of the day, the team will get to a good place.”
The Week 19 fixture between Holy Stars and Bechem United will be played on Sunday, January 18.
