Ghana international Antoine Semenyo has eulogized Senegal attacker Iliman Ndiaye for his outstanding performance at the recently concluded 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, while tagging him as the Greatest of All Time (GOAT).
Ndiaye, who plies his trade for Premier League outfit Everton enjoyed an amazing tournament in Morocco, as Senegal defeated Morocco in the final last Sunday to secure their second continental title in history.
The enterprising attacker featured in all second games, contributing significantly towards the successful AFCON campaign in the North African country. He scored the match-winner when the Taranga Lions triumphed over Mali in the quarterfinals to book a place in the semi-final.
Responding Ndiaye’s post on Instagram, the former Bournemouth attacker, who now plies his trade for Manchester City hailed him as the greatest of all time following after Senegal emerged supreme at the continental showpiece.
“You are my goat (greatest of all time) well done brother, deserve it man.” Wrote Semenyo as he heaped praise on Ndiaye.
Semenyo recently joined Manchester City from Bournemouth and has since been integral for the team, scoring two goals and providing an assists in three matches.
