Inter Allies are looking to translate their strong recent performances into a statement victory as they prepare for a pivotal MTN FA Cup Round of 16 match against Dreams FC this weekend.
Technical Director William Klutse has expressed high confidence in his squad's condition ahead of the tie, pointing to their positive form as a key asset. "Currently we are in a very good shape and I believe and trust that we are going to put up a very good fight," Klutse stated.
The club, which is on a mission to rebuild and return to the Ghana Premier League, sees the national cup competition as the perfect stage to announce their resurgence. A deep run would provide significant momentum for their broader project.
Klutse emphasized a pragmatic approach for the match, focusing squarely on the result required to advance. "We hope to win that game and move forward in the FA Cup," he said.
"Even when we get one goal, we qualify to the the next level or stage of the competition, and that is the most important thing. We don't need to score six because Dreams are a very big, well-organised team."
The upcoming fixture is scheduled for the weekend of February 6-9, 2026. With defending champions Asante Kotoko also in the competition, Inter Allies aim to prove they belong among Ghana's top sides by overcoming a formidable opponent and taking a major step in their comeback journey.
