The Black Princesses of Ghana have left the shores of Accra for Johannesburg ahead of their upcoming 2026 U-20 Women's World Cup Qualifier.
Ghana's U-20 side left Accra on Tuesday with 20 players and the technical team, led by Charles Simpson.
The Black Princesses will face South Africa in the second leg of their third-round qualifier following a stalemate in the first encounter in Accra.
South Africa held Ghana to a 2-2 draw in the first leg at the Accra Sports Stadium last weekend, twice coming from behind to snatch a draw.
The return fixture will be played on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at the Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit, South Africa
Ghana is aiming to book their eighth consecutive appearance at the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup, scheduled to take place in Poland in September 2026.
A win for Ghana will see them face Zambia or Uganda in the next round of the qualifiers.
