The 19-year-old came on as a first half substitute in Sporting Kansas City's to San Jose on matchday 1 of the 2026 season.
Drafted from Clemson University as number 4 overall pick, the teen sensation impressed during pre-season and has been included in the first team.
Despite losing 3-0 on San Jose at the PayPal Park, Agyabeng thanked SKC while switching attention to the next game against Columbus Crew.
"Forever grateful to make my first professional debut with this amazing club! not what we came for but we will keep on the hard work to turn things around! go sporting!," he posted on Instagram.
Meanwhile, Sporting Kansas City coach Raphael Wicky has been left impressed with the performance of the Ghanaian.
"Kwaku (Agyabeng) came in who came from college and he had a good preseason as well. So I brought him in and I think Kwaku has done well, we know what we get from him. I think he is a bright spot for the future of this club, but obviously that it's all young (players). We've got to give them time," he said.
