The head coach of Medeama SC, Ibrahim Tanko, has indicated that his team is in need of one good game to regain their lost form.
The team from Tarkwa has struggled in recent months, failing to win any of their last six matches in the Ghana Premier League.
Speaking ahead of Medeama’s next league match against Eleven Wonders, Ibrahim Tanko expressed optimism in his team’s chances of securing a win, insisting that his players are hungry for victory.
“We are preparing very well. We have put the last game behind us. You could see that the boys are really hungry for success,” Tanko told Medi TV.
The coach continued, “We need one good game, and then we will come back to our old form. So definitely I hope this Friday will be the turning point for us.”
The Week 27 fixture between Medeama SC and Eleven Wonders is scheduled for Friday, March 27. The encounter will kick off at 3 pm at the TnA Stadium.
Ibrahim Tanko and his charges will be aiming for all three points for a chance to reclaim the top spot on the Ghana Premier League standings.
