Black Stars coach Otto Addo has declared his team ready for today’s international friendly against Austria.
The European side will host Ghana at Vienna’s Ernst-Happel-Stadion, with kick-off scheduled for 17:00 GMT.
Addressing the media on Thursday, Addo acknowledged the threat posed by Austria and their coach, Ralf Rangnick, but emphasized that his players must focus on executing their strategy to the letter.
"We now have to execute the plan perfectly. Like I said, it will be an intense game. This is what we're looking forward to. They have a good team, but we will face them squarely," the 50-year-old.
"They have a good coach, a man who understands the game so well that we can take things lightly. We just have to get the job done here, and after the match, we will think about Germany," Addo added.
After facing Austria in Vienna, the Black Stars will travel to Stuttgart to take on Germany on Monday, March 30.
Both fixtures are crucial final tests ahead of the 2026 World Cup, scheduled this summer across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
