Claude Bortey has been named NASCO Player of the Month for March after a strong run of performances for Young Apostles.
The defender stood out during the period, contributing three goals and earning one Man of the Match award, an impressive return for a player in his position. His performances were key in helping Young Apostles maintain consistency during the month.
Bortey edged out competition from Setsofia Aqetey of Vision FC and Samuel Okai of Bechem United, both of whom also had notable outings.
Beyond the goals, he was solid at the back and reliable throughout the month, showing why he has become an important player for the team.
As part of the award, he will receive a 43-inch NASCO television set and a NASCO double-door bottom-freezer refrigerator, provided by Electroland Ghana Limited.
