Basake Holy Stars winger Prince Tweneboah has emerged as a sought-after target, with several Ghana Premier League clubs expressing strong interest in securing his services ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
The 19-year-old left-winger has been in scintillating form for Basake Holy Stars this season, registering 10 goals. His explosive performances include a memorable late winner against Asante Kotoko that ended the Porcupine Warriors' 11-game unbeaten run, as well as another decisive strike against Nations FC.
Tweneboah's impressive displays have not gone unnoticed. In November 2025, he was named NASCO Ghana Premier League Player of the Month after scoring five goals in six appearances and earning two Man of the Match awards. His current market value is estimated at â¬125,000.
Basake Holy Stars assistant coach Rashad Musah has been among his strongest advocates, recently calling for the winger to receive a Black Stars call-up ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
“He’s one of the best we have in the league. It’s just unfortunate that the media are not turning their attention on him. But looking at how he has performed both home and away, he deserves to be part of our senior national team,” Musah said.
Tweneboah, who was born on June 9, 2006, is represented by ZT Stars and remains under contract with Basake Holy Stars. With the transfer window approaching, the young winger is expected to become one of the most coveted domestic talents on the market.
