The Black Princesses have stepped up preparations for the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup after resuming camp at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
Head coach Charles Sampson has invited 45 players for the latest phase of camping as he begins narrowing down his squad ahead of the tournament in Poland.
The players will take part in intensive training sessions, tactical exercises and assessment matches as the technical team evaluates the group before selecting the final squad for the World Cup.
Ghana secured qualification for the global tournament after an impressive campaign in the African qualifiers and will be looking to build on that momentum when the competition gets underway in September.
The Black Princesses have been drawn in a challenging Group C alongside Korea Republic, Ecuador and France, with all three fixtures expected to provide stern tests for the former World Cup finalists.
The training camp in Prampram is expected to play a key role in shaping the squad as Sampson continues preparations for Ghana's return to the world stage.
The 2026 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup will be hosted by Poland from September 5 to September 27, with the Black Princesses aiming to progress beyond the group stage and compete for honours.
